RAIN EVENT

Ventura County Sheriff Emergency Services and The National Weather Service are monitoring a series of storm systems currently impacting Ventura County. Two of the storm systems have already moved through, leaving a the last system set to arrive Friday. The current forecast is showing this last storm to be milder than the previous front, with lower rainfall estimates no indication of flood watches. The weekend should be dry with another milder storm developing for Monday.

  Winter Weather Advisory – LIFTED at 10:30 am on Thursday, March 13, 2025

The Winter Weather Advisory issued to Ventura County residents within the Mountain Fire Burn Area from 6:00 pm Wednesday, March 12, 2025 to 6:00 pm Thursday, March 13, 2025 was lifted earlier than anticipated due to improved conditions.
