TSUNAMI ADVISORY LIFTED

The TSUNAMI ADVISORY for Ventura County was LIFTED at 5:19 AM on July 30, 2025. However, residents are advised to remain vigilant for the potential of higher-than-usual tidal surges along the coastline over the next 24 hours. The advisory remains in effect for Santa Barbara County, North to Humboldt County. 

Ventura County Sheriff’s Emergency Services, in coordination with the cities of Oxnard, Ventura, and Port Hueneme, continues to monitor the situation closely with the National Tsunami Warning Center and all Ventura County coastal cities.
